WorldShapers Children’s Centre covers Grovehill, Woodhall Farm and Hunters Oak in Hemel Hempstead. We have been up and running since 2007 to support children aged 0-5 year olds, their parents and carers. Many families have already access our various groups and classes.

We run a variety of groups including stay and play sessions, music sessions, parenting courses and cooking sessions. During the holidays we run special events, some with ESCO and Windmill Children’s Centre. These move around different schools so please check for venue.

Children’s Centres maybe able to offer support to individual families with particular needs. Please see our section on outreach for further information.

The Centre is happy to help sign post towards other services such as childcare provision, Job Centre Plus and anything in-between concerning the under 5’s and their families.

WorldShapers Children’s Centre would love to hear from you about any gaps in provision as well as suggestions on how we can do more for children and parents in our community.

Do watch out for our magazine which is published twice yearly. It has a wealth of information and articles as well as one or two young locals!
