The Accelerate leadership training project is funded by the Paul Hamlyn Foundation and meets on ten Saturdays throughout the school year.

Participants get to meet with local decision makers and help them find solutions to the real-life issues they have to deal with.  They develop their ability to work as a team as they practice a number of problem solving techniques.

What is the most important thing about Accelerate?
